100% satisfied. Mackie was able to diagnose and repair my transmission in a couple of days. Prior to taking it to Mackie’s I had it at the dealer for diagnosis two times. They did not resolve the issue. I spent way too much and still had the same problem. Mackie diagnosed it right away. Ordered the part. Repaired the next day. Very reasonable price. Excellent service. Highly recommend.
